Within the framework of interaction between the Centre and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation a seminar tour for the study of the punishment fulfillment practice not bound with the deprivation of freedom took place in the period from 9 to 14 December 2007 in the Federal Republic of Germany.

On 30 May 2008 the stuff of the Centre took part at the international seminar entitled “Measurement of Criminal Responsibility. Amount of Punishment. Alternative Punishment Forms”. The seminar took place within the scope of the project “A Dialogue on Issues of Constitutional State” being carried out by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus.
