    Codes

    Code is a law providing for a complete system regulation of a given area of relations in the society (Article 2 of the Law of the Republic Belarus On Legal Normative Acts of the Republic of Belarus).

    The question of preparing a draft of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Belarus is being considered. The Head of State has agreed on and the Government has approved the concept of a draft of the Environmental Code. The project is supposed to provide for the legal regulation of relations in the sphere of environmental protection of the ozone layer, individual components of the environment as well as to regulate the issues of state environmental examination, waste management, protected areas.
